Join us for Couples Yoga: Elements of Harmony, Connection & Love. This is a 4 part couples yoga series starting on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Badger Rock Neighborhood Center. Come to 1 or all 4 sessions. Each session starts at 5pm with ample time for arrival, and midwest goodbyes. Our experienced instructor, Keena Atkinson, Founder of R'oujie Wellness will guide you through a unified couples practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional alignment. The theme is Elements of Harmony, Connection and Love - So we will approach each session through a different element: Earth, Water, Fire, Air - how each element might show up in you relationship and one another and contributes to the harmony, connection and love. In addition to a curated R&B / Hip hop soundtrack, aromatherapy and and elemental theme for each class.
