Where is SWIMS from?SWIMS is a global Norwegian lifestyle brand, based in Oslo, Norway. Founded in 2006, SWIMS reached fame with its reinvention of the classic rubber galosh and has since expanded its range to include footwear, apparel, and accessories for the modern man. A galosh is an overshoe designed to be worn over leather dress shoes to protect them from rain, snow, slush and general wear and tear. You can find more information about our galoshes here. How do I choose the right size for shoes, galoshes or apparel?An easy way to calculate your size is to use our 'size guide', found here. What are your shipping methods and costs?All our orders are being shipped and delivered by UPS. We offer UPS Express (2-4 working days) for a fee of USD 25.00. Free shipping applies to U.S. purchases that are over $180 USD. More details can be found here. How do I return a product I purchased?We offer FREE RETURNS within 14 days of your order delivery. Returns can easily be initiated here. A return label will automatically be generated for your convenience. Can I return used products? Please note that you will not be refunded when returning used products. All goods returned for refund must be unused with original packaging intact. Questions pertaining to late returns:Late return requests from Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions are accepted during the first 2 weeks of January of the following year. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in resalable condition.All other non-holiday related late returns are subject for review and management’s approval.
