In addition to making the most of your floor plan, the placement of the weight stack neatly tucked in between the side uprights maintains full access to the training space inside the rack and ensures no interference with the barbell and other fitness and storage attachments. An impressive 270-degree swivel range on the pulleys lets you tap into underutilized floor space at the side of the rack, allowing multiple people to train simultaneously at a single station. Smooth Eleiko FeelingTo bring the Eleiko feeling to our cable attachment system, we harness the power of 8 large aluminum pulleys for less internal resistance and a smoother user experience. The design also results in less wear to the cables ensuring long-lasting performance. Weight RangeThe weight stack is 120 kg (264 lb), with a 1:2 resistance ratio delivering 60 kg (132 lb) of pulling resistance when using the entire stack. The weight stack markings (shown in kg and lb) indicate the pulling resistance to give lifters accurate information and easier tracking. Incremental AdjustmentsThe weight stack starts at an accessible 3 kg / 6.6 lb pulling resistance to accommodate the broadest range of exercises and users. We support smaller 1.5 kg / 3.3 lb weight jumps with incremental weights to allow for appropriate increases for smaller muscle groups and accessory exercises. Weight Stack FunctionalityThe design of the Prestera Cable Attachment offers flexibility in creating the strength training environment that best meets your needs - you can install the cables in a single or dual stack configuration. Use the cable attachments independently for unilateral movements or training at moderate loads. The stacks can be connected in a dual-stack configuration with the Cable Connector Bar for a combined total of 240 kg / 528 lb (120 kg / 264 lb pulling resistance) for athletes and exercises needing heavier loads. Cable Attachment PlacementThe cable attachment is omnidirectional; place it on either the left or right side of the rack. You can also decide if you want to make your weight selections from the inside or outside of the rack so you can configure your strength training station to best suit your needs. Prestera Rack SeriesThe Cables are compatible with attachments in the Prestera Range; however, the Prestera Storage Shelves will require an adapter. Do not use Gliding J-cups and Gliding Safety Arms together with the Cable Attachment System as they limit the usable range of the pulleys. Cable System AccessoriesThe cable accessory range includes several handle options including the Single Handle, Straight Bar and Cable Connector Bar and Prestera Utility Storage Board with Prestera Hooks to keep handles and training accessories easily accessible. Cable Attachment VariantsThe Cable Attachment is available in a 120 or 90-kg (264 or 198 lb) weight stack, delivering 60 and 45 kg (132 and 99 lb) of pulling resistance, respectively. Select the correct insert for your project – standard or tall Prestera Cable Attachment for corresponding standard or tall Prestera Half Racks, Double Half Racks or Power Racks and Rig Cable Attachment for your Prestera Rig projects.
