The skirt is composed of four layers of our new softer, finer tulle as well as a cotton lining making it perfectly full. A perfect dress for your flower girls or special occasion. Sizing This dress does seem to be on the larger side, please check the size chart as we generally suggest sizing down for this dress. Chest measurement is taken from the dress itself, it's not the child's measurement. It is from seam to seam across the front if the dress is laying flat.
