lt;p>A set of prescribed exercises targeting strength, muscular endurance and stamina, this workout won’t leave time for you to reconsider. A circuit is finished once you have gone through all the exercise stations, and a whole hour usually include 2-3 whole circuits.</p>
<p>Get into the rush, beat the after work traffic and be at your favourite club at 6pm! This session is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class left to the imagination of your instructor.</p>
<p><em><strong>On the 26th of December this class will start at 5pm instead of 6pm!</strong></em></p> <p>A fun energetic indoor cycling class helping build your stamina and tone those legs! Be aware – upper body & core exercises may also intrude.</p>
<p>A lower intensity class designed to strengthen your core and improve your posture, blood flow to muscles and your overall performance in all physical activities!</p>
<p>Fat burning, agility, endurance, body conditioning, and leaner core are amongst the benefits achieved from this whole hour workout. Although resistance training might be included, this workout is mainly based on cardio exercises.</p>
<p>No questions here! This workout is dedicated solely for getting that lower body lean, toned and sculpted! Variation of squats, lunges and bridges are a must.</p>
<p>Mixing up body weight exercises, adding some weights, getting out of breath engaging in high intensity cardio exercises and then stretching it at the end will surely bust and sculpt your core! The core is made up of your abdominals and lower back, so get ready for a lot of planks!</p>
<p>This high intensity interval training session is definitely enjoyable and a goal achiever! A HIIT session is made up of alternating high and low intensity exercises and is named as one of the most efficient classes for fat burning.</p>
